Absolutely no, Nattule does not charge any commission. We will only charge you once and the reservation system will be yours forever. However the payment gateway does charge a small part of commission for each reservation. We suggest you start with card payments.
The invoices will be generated automatically which will save you time from this tiresome task.
Yes, of course! You can add whichever company details you need. For example, you can request for the client to indicate his/her height and weight for activities such as canyoning, rafting or bungee jumping.
You can request credit/debit card (using the processor of payments called Stripe) or Paypal payments.
Absolutely, you can make a refund from your user account of the processor of payments you choose to use. You can even carry out partial returns depending on the case.
You could charge a certain percentage of your fee in advance. This comes in very handy when it comes to groups. You can choose whether to charge a % or the total amount of a reservation. It is up to you 🙂
